Process bank deposits and apply to outstanding receivables in Workday
Reconcile bank account with Workday
Post daily bank deposits to Microsoft Dynamics cash subledger via upload
Obtain supporting documentation for bank deposits from outside vendors
Submit tickets to internal team(s) to review and process missing client agreements and/or other information to allow for cash application in Workday
Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
Assist with general accounting month-end closing procedures as needed
Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
Interact with customers and team leaders to resolve outstanding issues
Perform additional administrative duties as requested or assigned
Adhere to the standards and Code of Conduct of Resources Investment Advisors’ Broker/Dealer as described in all compliance and operations manuals.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Salesforce preferred
Ability to resolve accounting variances independently
