Serving as the primary technical point of contact for third party vendors (MMPs, clean rooms, Data on boarders) and clients
Leading technical integration discovery and requirements gathering with clients, agencies, and partners to align business needs and technical solutions.
Coordinating with sales, strategic partnerships, product development, and other team members to ensure the delivery of efficient vendor and partner solutions
Managing and resolving technical issues for assigned accounts
Providing internal vendor and product training and technical advice
Maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services
Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations
Developing reusable patterns, playbooks, and best practices for vendor collaboration
Developing technical documentation, and implementation guides to enable commercial teams and clients
Working closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements
8+ years work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of third party data and measurement AdTech ecosystem.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable API-based solutions for advertising or marketing use cases.
Comfort interpreting and communicating API specifications.
Familiarity with privacy preserving techniques (differential privacy, encryption, synthetic data) preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
