Support the development of AI enabled communications dashboards to measure media sentiment, stakeholder engagement, and digital performance
Use data analytics tools to generate insights from media monitoring, social listening, and internal communications platforms
Assist in the application of AI tools to streamline reporting, automate workflows, and enhance content performance
Analyze trends across traditional and digital channels to inform communications strategy
Conduct A/B testing of creative content across digital channels to optimize engagement and performance
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies relevant to corporate communications
Support issues management and reputation tracking through data-driven analysis
Collaborate with members across the communications function in internal communications, social media, media relations and crisis management, public affairs, brand, and creative.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Media, or related field
Experience with python or R programming languages and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, automation tools) is desirable
Experience with media monitoring platforms is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into valuable insights
