You want to do more than study event management—you want to actively help shape it.
You are interested in organizing events and community building and want to understand how professional events really work from early planning through on-site execution.
You help ensure our events are professionally planned, thoroughly coordinated, and reliably executed—and learn how event management and community building truly interact in a growing environment.
You actively contribute to ongoing project and event management for the Merchant Inspiration Talks and other community events.
You research vendors, pricing, and new ideas (e.g., catering, side events, program elements) and prepare decision-making materials.
You support communication with speakers, sponsors, partners, venues, and vendors.
You contribute to the planning and concept development of new community formats for 2027.
You take responsibility for logistics, materials planning, and organizational back-office tasks related to the events.
