Requirements
experience working with in the Public Services Sector with an experience in and passion for selling Contact Centre, Tech Sales, BPO, and Case Management propositions.
good experience managing a business development or sales pipeline, with a track record of achieving targets
confident engaging with senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships
commercially astute, able to qualify opportunities and shape tailored solutions
skilled at using insight, research and market intelligence to drive sales decisions
strong understanding of business development best practice
account planning, pipeline discipline, reporting and risk management
salesforce experience highly advantageous
