Supports the identification and matching of short term/project based and long term job opportunities/assignments for operational talents.
Supports the HR cycle for longer assignments or talents on contract within the specialization.
Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking.
Requirements
Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
Performs assignments using existing procedures.
