Support the optimization and day-to-day management of Axpo's corporate website and digital presence.
Manage daily operations in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including publishing, updates, troubleshooting, testing, and implementing change requests while adhering to workflows and quality checklists.
Coordinate with 40+ market teams to implement localized content and regional updates, ensuring market-specific adaptations align with brand guidelines.
Support web projects under project leadership and in collaboration with Communications, IT, and Marketing teams.
Monitor and report on digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, SEO/GEO rankings), flag issues, and document project outcomes.
Stay informed about emerging AI tools and trends, support testing of new tools, and contribute feedback to drive innovation.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in digital marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of professional experience in digital content management and web management.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar enterprise CMS, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and web performance principles.
Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio) and SEO tools (e.g., Semrush) with practical experience in A/B testing.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation and optimization.
Advanced English and German skills (spoken and written).
