You will contribute to the implementation of new products, private label initiatives, and process improvements, ensuring excellence across production lines with a global vision and local impact;
You will manage the development, optimization, and industrialization of products, including pilot-to-plant scale-up, line trials, and validations;
You will oversee process optimization and validation activities, with a focus on thermal processes;
You will support innovation projects within the Quality area;
You will drive the standardization of processes and products by developing technical guidelines and databases.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Food, Chemical, Process) or Food Technology
3+ years of experience in industrialization, NPD, technology transfer, and/or process improvement
Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards (ISO 9001, BRC/IFS/HACCP)
Advanced data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, Minitab or similar tools; Power BI is a plus)
Professional proficiency in English
French and Spanish are considered a plus
Strong technical leadership and analytical thinking skills
Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities effectively
Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on innovation
