Plan and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns across music, culture, and content that deepen fan connections with artists and creators
Develop strategic marketing plans for key releases, brand campaigns, and cultural moments, including large-scale events and content productions
Collaborate across brand, creative, social, communications, media, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life end-to-end
Translate cultural insights, audience behavior, and trends into innovative campaign ideas and fan experiences
Contribute to broader marketing strategies across music, podcasts, and audiobooks
Partner with analytics teams to measure campaign performance and continuously optimize impact and reach
Lead cross-functional campaign execution, ensuring alignment, clarity, and high-quality delivery
Requirements
6+ years of experience in marketing within a brand, platform, agency, or publisher environment
Experience working on music, entertainment, or culture-focused campaigns
Understanding of the music industry, cultural trends, and audience engagement across platforms
Experience in event and content production, either directly or through agency partners
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver shared outcomes
Clear and effective communication skills, both in writing and in collaboration
Comfort working in fast-moving environments and navigating ambiguity
Attention to detail and organization skills while managing multiple priorities
Creativity and curiosity, with an enjoyment for turning ideas into impactful campaigns
Initiative and follow-through, even when timelines are tight.
