Track, analyze and report on campaign performance; translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
Collaborate with campaign managers to align digital execution with demand generation goals
Proactively identify optimization opportunities and propose tests to improve ROI
Manage multiple programs simultaneously and ensure consistent delivery across all active campaigns
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit
Solid understanding of B2B digital advertising: keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding and conversion tracking
Experience with Google Analytics and platform-native reporting tools
Ability to analyze performance data and make informed optimization decisions
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — confident on calls, clear in writing
Robust independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple workstreams independently
English B2-C1 level — fluent spoken and written
Experience with programmatic advertising or content syndication is a plus
Higher education in Marketing, Communications or a related field
