Execute day-to-day operational support for cloud and channel partner programs, including intake, validation, and resolution of partner requests
Manage case-based workflows related to partner eligibility, enablement, reporting models, and contract lifecycle activities
Validate partner readiness for usage reporting models, ensuring data integrity and system prerequisites are met
Maintain accurate partner, contract, and license data across Salesforce and related systems
Execute contract closeout and termination processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes
Identify operational gaps and contribute to improvements in workflows, documentation, and tooling
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in sales operations, channel operations, partner programs, or a related field
Experience working with Salesforce and case-based workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready data
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting service level expectations
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in cross-functional or global environments
Adaptability in fast-changing environments with evolving tools and processes
