Role Overview
- Develop and own the marketing strategy for Germany and Austria
- Lead and develop the marketing team and manage external agencies
- Plan and own the marketing budget and ensure KPI-based management
- Analyze the market, customers and competition, and identify growth opportunities
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure a consistent brand presence
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Own content and digital marketing (website, SEO/SEA, social media)
- Plan and manage trade shows, events and conferences
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Global Marketing and HR
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience as a marketing specialist
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in matrix organizations and an international environment
- Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a structured working style
- Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written.
