Support the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
Manage and review inventory costing processes, ensuring accuracy of material costs within the ERP system.
Update and maintain material cost components, including base cost, freight, duties, and tariffs.
Reconcile and balance intercompany inventory transactions, booking adjustments when necessary.
Identify and resolve uncosted material issues and ensure proper cost allocation.
Support internal and external audits, including physical inventory counts and documentation requests.
Track and monitor operational KPIs related to cost accounting and freight processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and supply chain to improve accounting processes and financial reporting.
