Support clients in assessing their readiness for IPOs, capital raisings, and other capital market transactions through technical reviews and advisory services
Assist in evaluating financial reporting processes, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and operational preparedness
Conduct detailed analysis of financial information, accounting treatments, and disclosures to identify areas of risk and improvement
Collaborate closely with client management and other stakeholders to provide clear, practical recommendations that enhance readiness and compliance
Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and technical briefs to support advisory engagements
Contribute to the development and refinement of CMAAS methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation

2-4 years’ experience in technical accounting, corporate finance, advisory, or Audit roles, with exposure to capital markets transactions or IPO readiness preferred
Understanding of accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and market practices relevant to IPOs and capital raisings
Ability to interpret complex financial and business information, assess risks, and provide insightful, actionable recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
