Guide artists toward proven success actions (uploading work, optimizing listings, joining promotions, self-marketing).
Spot high-potential artists based on engagement and revenue signals and flag them for handoff to senior account managers.
Track outreach performance, monitor responses, and suggest improvements to messaging and campaign strategy.
Support inbound artist questions related to campaigns and platform usage, always pairing answers with proactive suggestions.
Log feedback, objections, and trends from artists to help improve processes, messaging, and platform trust.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, account management) to execute and optimize outreach campaigns.
