Act as a strategic partner to the leadership of the Guararapes Factory, supporting structural decisions, team development and culture-related initiatives.
Lead talent management actions, including development pathways, succession planning, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and high-potential mapping.
Support processes related to organizational structure, workforce sizing, people budgeting and management rituals.
Implement engagement, climate and leadership development strategies, ensuring alignment with company values and business objectives.
Maintain close interaction with Production, Engineering, Quality, Production Planning and Control (PCP) and other manufacturing areas, supporting diagnostics, change processes and integration.
Maintain People-related metrics, ensuring reliable information for factory leadership decision-making.
Act as a change agent within a large-scale organization, contributing to cultural evolution and strengthening management practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed.
Experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in industry, manufacturing, supply chain or related areas.
Senior-level experience to lead strategic topics autonomously, influencing and supporting multiple leaders.
Experience in areas such as organizational structure, budgeting, change management, talent development, succession and engagement.
Strong analytical capability, business acumen, relationship-building and influencing skills.
