About this role
Role Overview
Handle customer inquiries on Reclame Aqui and social media with empathy and efficiency;
Manage interactions on the brand's posts to promote positive engagement;
Use internal systems to consult and analyze customer records to find solutions;
Monitor and map opportunities to pleasantly surprise customers through relationship-building actions;
Make telephone contact with customers whenever necessary;
Contribute to improvements in internal processes and stay alert to channel trends;
Track and report customer service KPIs, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
Requirements
High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education;
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel);
Knowledge of social media (understanding the differences between platforms);
Experience in online customer service;
Ability to interpret reports;
Basic knowledge of community management;
Familiarity with online channel management tools.
