Administrative Assistant Position

Role Overview

• Schedule installations of advanced (B2B) Data and VOICE services, proactively interacting with field teams and customers to ensure adherence to scheduled appointments and the agreed SLAs.
• Facilitate supervisory activities and actions by providing regular reports on daily situations and issues, contributing to informed decision-making.
• Contribute to resolving area-related issues by managing exception requests with other interfacing departments when necessary, aiming for prompt and effective resolution.
• Provide technical and operational support during the installation process, ensuring all steps are completed within established deadlines and meet the expected quality standards.

Requirements

• Education: Completed high school diploma.
• Previous experience in similar roles is desirable, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Windows.
• Familiarity with Remedy, CSO, Vantive, SAE, STAR and TOA systems.
• Knowledge of quality and productivity indicators and KPIs.
• Ability to interpret data and provide insights for continuous process improvement.
