Open and track tickets throughout their entire lifecycle, from creation to closure (submissions via email, WhatsApp, and phone).
Handle inbound and outbound phone support.
Update ticket statuses according to the product SLA.
Escalate and engage other departments to progress and resolve tickets.
Support the team with urgent requests.
Perform tests and validations required to close tickets.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in telephone support, both outbound and inbound.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office Suite).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
Enjoy working in a team and in a mission-critical environment.
Experience with ticketing and case-management tools, e.g., Salesforce.
