About this role
Role Overview
- Open and track tickets throughout their entire lifecycle, from creation to closure (submissions via email, WhatsApp, and phone).
- Handle inbound and outbound phone support.
- Update ticket statuses according to the product SLA.
- Escalate and engage other departments to progress and resolve tickets.
- Support the team with urgent requests.
- Perform tests and validations required to close tickets.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in telephone support, both outbound and inbound.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
- Enjoy working in a team and in a mission-critical environment.
- Experience with ticketing and case-management tools, e.g., Salesforce.
- Motivated to begin a career in IT, as we are a technology-focused company.
