Manage payroll routines, hiring and termination processes, vacation administration, timekeeping, compensatory hours (time bank) and benefits.
Oversee courses and training, as well as internal marketing initiatives and internal communication.
Support recruitment and selection.
Assist with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow management, checks/verifications and report generation, interfacing with systems.
Organize physical and digital files and maintain direct contact with suppliers/vendors.
Requirements
Degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
Experience in administrative roles with a focus on HR routines (personnel administration, payroll and benefits) and general financial support.
Intermediate Excel skills, PowerPoint; knowledge of Canva is desirable.
Discreet, focused, detail-oriented, organized and composed demeanor.
