Responsible for turning data into strategic insights to support decision-making and drive sustainable business growth;
Structure market analyses, define performance KPIs, and communicate results through effective storytelling;
Support the B2B Planning Directorate in analysis processes involving data collection, conduct simulations, and identify problems and opportunities to improve B2B performance;
Monitor the behavior of forecasts versus actual outcomes to identify and discuss occasional discrepancies; prepare and present results, projections, and strategic simulations to anticipate company performance;
Serve as direct support to the Directorate by providing performance information and justifications relative to targets. Create automated dashboards and management reports for leadership;
Translate complex data into strategic narratives for different internal audiences;
Solid experience in analytical areas within the B2B segment (planning, pricing, market intelligence, BI); strong data interpretation and strategic communication skills; analytical mindset; results orientation; proactivity; organization/discipline; team spirit; and a sense of urgency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; knowledge of storytelling; advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; financial knowledge;
SQL experience preferred; experience with performance analysis and knowledge of statistics desirable;
Academic background in exact sciences, such as Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;
MBA and/or Master’s degree preferred;
Experience in planning and management;
Knowledge of statistics and AI is a plus;
Analytical capacity and strategic vision for decision-making;
Proactivity and problem-solving skills;
Results-oriented and target-driven.
