Partner with Corporate Legal teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and implement smarter ways of working.
Ask the right questions, map the current state, and help design scalable solutions.
Collaborate with legal professionals, technology partners, and analytics resources to improve legal work management and delivery across the organization.
Identify, document, and map business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Collect and analyze process and operational data to develop insights and recommend improvements to business practices and procedures.
Requirements
3 or more years of experience in business process improvement, consulting, legal operations, analytics, or a related field.
Experience working with stakeholders to identify, document, and improve operational processes.
Ability to work in environments where processes may not be clearly defined and translate operational needs into structured workflows.
Familiarity with legal or knowledge management systems such as matter management platforms, document management systems, or workflow automation tools.
Experience with platforms such as Tea.mConnect, LexisNexis, iManage, SharePoint, or similar tools is beneficial.
Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or similar technologies.
Experience using data or analytics to support operational improvements.
Experience working with legal teams, corporate legal departments, or regulatory environments is helpful.
