Role Overview
Partner with the Director of Nursing to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for Home Infusion 1099 nurses across states.
Source and attract qualified RN candidates through various channels, including professional associations, networking, referrals, and job boards.
Create and post engaging job requisitions across multiple platforms to attract top-tier home infusion nursing talent.
Proactively identify and engage both active and passive candidates within the home infusion, specialty pharmacy, and infusion nursing space.
Conduct phone screens and behavioral-based interviews to evaluate clinical experience, home infusion expertise, and overall fit with AmeriPharma’s patient care standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
Advise leadership on competitive market rates, independent contractor (1099) structures, and effective recruitment strategies to secure top nursing talent.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) while tracking hiring metrics and progress.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly regarding multi-state hiring and independent contractor engagement.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting nurses, preferably in clinical or home infusion settings.
Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills for both active and passive candidates.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
Experience managing multiple open requisitions and delivering results under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of healthcare recruiting compliance and regulations.
Experience recruiting Home Infusion RNs, specialty nurses, or independent contractor roles (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
