About this role
Role Overview
Execute high-level outbound strategies (Phone/Email) to target C-suite executives and key decision-makers in the Taiwan market
Identify, qualify, and generate high-accuracy new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
Utilize deep knowledge of Taiwanese business culture and commercial habits to build trust
Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to develop territory strategies
Collaborate with Inside Sales teams in Japan and regional teams to maximize business opportunities across borders
Requirements
3
5+ years of experience in B2B sales (specifically with intangible products/services/solutions)
3+ years of direct experience in 'hunting' or new business acquisition
A strong desire to achieve targets and the resilience to overcome challenges (a 'refuse to lose' mindset)
Ability to think logically and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Deep understanding of the Taiwan market, business practices, and culture
Native-level proficiency in Mandarin, Business English communication is a strong plus.
