Senior Paralegal – Property Damage

Role Overview

• Assisting senior team members with a varied caseload of: property damage coverage claims, property liability damage claims (public and product liability matters), and pursuing subrogated recovery cases
• Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
• Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
• Developing your technical and commercial knowledge working practice, experience and training

Requirements

• Previous and tangible experience, handling in your own right or supporting on insurance related property damage claims or similar work types
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, whilst working to strict deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and carefully assess files and sensitive data.
• Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant Legal qualifications e.g. LLB, LLM
