About this role
Role Overview
Serve as strategic and operational lead for Adaptive Planning Revenue organization
Coordinate global GTM and sales execution
Drive frameworks to scale Annual Contract Value (ACV)
Act as operational link between Adaptive Planning and Workday’s Global Commercial Organization
Lead strategic planning cycles and incentive structures
Design and manage reporting and dashboards for ACV trends
Operate Sales events and manage field communications
Requirements
8+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations (Rev Ops), or GTM Strategy
Builder mindset with proven growth driving experience
Exceptional matrix coordination skills
Executive presence to translate complex data for senior leadership
Data-driven approach to Sales Strategy
Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, and Adaptive Planning or similar tools
Ability to travel ~25%
