Role Overview
- Manage the NAM Law Firm / Vendor Management Team
- Oversee and negotiate commercial contracts from AIG’s Claim’s Panel Law Firm / Vendor
- Maintain strategic relationships with key panel Law Firms / Vendors
- Control eBilling of litigated Law Firm and non-litigated Vendor bills
- Lead discussions with Claim leadership to develop Claims Law Firm / Vendor strategies
- Collaborate with the legal department and other support groups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 10 years prior experience with Claims / Law Firms / Vendors
- Significant experience with management or oversight of litigated Claims
- Proactive attitude with problem solving skills
- Data-driven with skillsets for reporting and analyzing data metrics
- Advanced in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
- Must be fluent in English
