Ensure the integrity and reliability of Mars Inc.’s OneStream system
Provide internal quality management for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the OneStream system and period close process changes
Lead a team of 3 OneStream administrators
Work closely with external consultants to ensure OneStream design meets reporting needs
Drive good quality data for better business decisions
Provide OneStream expertise on technology/process improvements and upgrades

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field
15+ years’ experience working with financial systems, at least 7 in the EPM space and 2 years of OneStream experience
Strong understanding of US GAAP and consolidation accounting in a large multinational company
Strong knowledge of internal controls/SOX
Experience developing and leading high-performance teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
