Define the long-term vision, guiding principles, and operating framework that aligns with Circana’s mission, delivering a highly effective quality management system
Lead change management efforts associated with new system, processes, capabilities, and tools to drive adoption and sustained impact
Lay the groundwork for acquiring and maintaining ISO certifications
Lead root cause, corrective action and systemic fixes
Prioritize enhancements and drive continuous improvement through data and root-cause analysis, continuously setting new goals for improved quality and reduced human intervention across the process stream
Partner with Technology teams to optimize and evolve the quality ecosystem
Act as a senior advocate for quality management, leveraging all opportunities and interaction to challenge appropriately and embed a quality mindset
Lead, develop and mentor a small quality team.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive responsible experience in Quality Management
American Society of Quality certification is a plus
Strong background in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems with proven results
Hands-on experience with technology-enabled quality management, leading the vision and implementation of tech-enabled automation and quality enhancements
Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and regions
Executive presence with strong strategic thinking paired with a willingness to engage in execution details
Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.
