Role Overview
- Lead and operationalize the end-to-end revenue cycle
- Directly manage a team of 3–4 billing specialists
- Stabilize, strengthen, and scale billing operations
- Ensure billing compliance across eligibility, prior authorization, claims, payment posting, and denial management
Requirements
- Advanced experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW)
- Strongly Preferred: Behavioral health and Medicaid experience & Lean Six Sigma Certification
- 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience with direct reports
- MS Excel reporting proficiency (mandatory)
- Strong CPT / ICD / POS validation knowledge
- Familiarity with Waystar, Availity, payer portals, and payment platforms
