Direct the activities of a broad functional area and recommend implementing changes to methods.
Lead, manage, recruit, and develop compliance staff across multiple regions.
Control planning, staffing, budgeting, recommending and implementing changes to methods.
Manage internal audit plans and provide strategic leadership in audit finding escalations.
Own management system assets relevant to compliance subjects assigned and provide final sign-off on updates.
Oversee Environmental Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and Compliance projects.
Generate and analyze metrics to identify and recommend process improvements.
Recommend training efforts relevant to compliance subjects managed and manage an overall training program.
Requirements
Typically 10+ years of experience in relevant field of compliance is preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related subject preferred
Relevant certification(s) preferred
Qualified lead auditor/implementer in multiple standards preferred
