Role Overview
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation workstreams from strategy through execution
- Assist in building longer-term transformation vision with stakeholders
- Identify operating model opportunities for leadership consideration
- Establish execution rigor through monitoring program OKRs and KPIs
- Orchestrate decision forums and meeting cadences for clear ownership
- Develop and deliver executive-level communications and reports
- Identify and eliminate systemic barriers to team operations
- Build credibility and influence across the enterprise
Requirements
- 10+ years in management consulting (MBB or Big 4) preferred
- Experience with operating model transformation efforts
- Experience in portfolio/project management
- Experience in strategic/operational planning
- Technology modernization skills
- Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to drive change and communicate new ways of working
- Data-driven approach for tracking and managing programs
- Highly independent self-starter
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
