About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and update Salesforce records, including accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities
Ensure data integrity by performing regular data cleansing and validation
Create and manage reports and dashboards for sales, operations, and leadership teams
Assist in managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
Support the creation and optimization of workflows, automation, and process builders
Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and provide user support
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure proper CRM usage
Assist in data imports, exports, and system integrations as needed
Document CRM processes, guidelines, and best practices
Provide basic training and support to end users to improve system adoption
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Perform other administrative and CRM-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field
1–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM support, or related roles
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
Understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle
Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Workflows, Process Builder, Flow is a plus)
Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus but not required
Experience working in a remote or offshore setup is a plus
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with data management, reporting, and dashboards
