Role Overview
Take ownership of resolving moderately complex client issues
Use sound judgment to troubleshoot problems, propose solutions, and follow through to resolution
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
Support initiatives that increase client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty
Partner with internal teams to relay client insights
Participate in cross-team projects that improve service delivery
Identify inefficiencies in client experience workflows
Create and maintain internal documentation, client-facing FAQs, and knowledge base articles
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client experience
Stay informed about industry trends and evolving client expectations
Bring fresh ideas to the team
Requirements
Typically has Bach. +2-3 yrs; Masters +0 yrs
Proficiency using AI tools skillfully
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience using CRM systems and customer support platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
