Seasonal Sales & Service Representative

Role Overview

• Processing transactions and servicing customer requests
• Identifying sales opportunities through building relationships
• Floating between multiple locations
• Participating in 1 to 2 virtual professional development sessions
• Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues
• Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities
• Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences
• Addressing immediate needs promptly
• Seeking coaching, supporting Bank initiatives and leveraging tools to enhance activities
• Complying with all regulations, bank policies, procedures and delegated authorities
• Completing required training by established deadlines
• Performing general office management duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 months customer service experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Financial literacy
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services
• Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution
• Positive attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking skills
