Responsible for the tactical product management efforts for Engage Point, Velera's cardholder servicing platform.
Serve as a liaison and subject matter expert to internal and external customers on Velera’s products and services.
Handle efficiencies, monitor product compliance and mandates, analyze product penetration.
Define the market release process and manage initiatives related to transition from legacy tools to the target-state tool.
Collaborate with functional areas to develop and provide comprehensive product definitions, objectives, and goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Combined four (4) years of product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products experience required.
Experience with the payments/credit union industry and core or account processing preferred.
