Be the primary point of contact for client stakeholders associated with the accounts that your team supports, collaborating on initiatives and sales priorities
Own a territory quota consisting of customer retention and growth metrics
Develop and deliver weekly and monthly business reviews focused on team sales performance, pipeline management, and customer insights
Manage a downline of 4-8 reps consisting of account managers and SDRs
Provide communication and insights to the Program Manager, Director and Client contacts regarding activities and trends across the customer base
Requirements
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and other sales prospecting tools
Previous experience in sales leadership, including managing a direct downline
Ability to read and apply reporting to daily decisions (forecasting, opportunities, sales revenue, etc.)
Experience working with a variety of personalities and customers
Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain urgency
