About this role
Role Overview
Managing a territory spanning Otago, Southland and South Canterbury
Servicing all Supermarkets along with a small number of Foodservice and Hardware customers.
Executing Account Sales Plans and achieving set sales objectives.
Leading a team of casual merchandisers across the region.
Driving sales and delivering annual targets across Grocery, Foodservice, Commercial and Convenience channels.
Growing product distribution and introducing new products to customers.
Ensuring strong in‑store execution, including shelf plans and display objectives.
Reporting on market trends, competitor activity and pricing.
Maintaining accurate administration and upholding Clorox standards at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 Years sales experience
Previous experience in FMCG field sales preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of self-discipline and motivation.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
A proactive approach to meeting territory targets
Customer Service Orientation.
Results-driven.
Experience using Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
