Support our Marketing team in various tasks revolving Marketing Automation and Email Marketing through tools including Marketo and Inxmail
Acts as a key player in setting up and automating sophisticated marketing journeys to nurture both prospects and customers through their lifecycle
Execute ad-hoc email campaigns on a global level
Requirements
2-5 years working in marketing automation and email marketing (Marketo experience preferred, but not required)
An understanding of the lead funnel, scoring and strategies to optimize lead conversion
Experience working with a CRM system (MS Dynamics CRM experience is a plus)
Marketing operations experience as it relates to email nurturing, funnel optimization, and database management
Deep understanding of Marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Tableau or similar (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills backed by understanding of complex data sets
Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships with cross-functional teams with the help of team-oriented mindset paired with leadership mentality which will help you strive for greatness and grow as our team expands
Keen interest in Performance Marketing topics and the utilization of the latest tools, techniques, and processes to make your work as efficient as possible
