About this role
Role Overview
Strategic Sales: Development and implementation of independently developed and centrally provided sales strategies for your territory
Customer Acquisition & Expansion: Continuous growth of the customer base through targeted new-customer acquisition
Benchmarking & Pricing/Terms Management: Conduct regular benchmark analyses within your portfolio and pricing/terms structure
Training & Consulting: Design and deliver theoretical and practical training sessions as well as application consultations
On-site Technical Service: Regular maintenance and, where necessary, installation of dosing/dispensing systems at customer locations
Specialist Wholesale & Delivery Quality: Develop and manage specialist wholesale partners to ensure high-quality supply to indirect end customers
Requirements
Completed commercial/business vocational training
Several years of professional experience in the advertised role within the commercial cleaning sector
Solid knowledge of customer structures and an existing network in specialist wholesale and among end customers
Confident, service-oriented manner
Proven goal
and results-oriented working approach
Willingness to travel within the assignment area with minimal overnight stays
