Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes and requirements. Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Provide regular updates and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance business efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
Advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in business analysis within the Life Sciences sector
Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
