Lead the implementation of marketing programs, managing day-to-day operations across multiple projects, including developing project plans, briefing agencies, managing third-party vendor relationships, overseeing creative development, and tracking project timelines and budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and expertise, working with key stakeholders like Account Sales, Consulting & Analytics, Product Marketing, and Digital Media
Manage internal processes to support marketing project implementation, including pipeline tracking, project pricing reviews, agency/client agreements, vendor invoicing, and project revenue recognition
Support the business development team by participating in the ideation and execution of marketing programs, including market research, creative development, event execution, and sponsorship management
Create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to client needs

Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA)
Strong background in financial services, payments, or consulting is preferred
Comfortable leading discussions with clients and have a strong executive presence
Analytical skills with a comfort level in working with numbers
Experience managing cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Willingness to travel up to 5%
