Support the deployment and adoption of a new HCM system in Canada
Align Canadian HR practices with those in the United States while ensuring local compliance
Identify improvement opportunities and help implement an effective, scalable HR structure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data migration and system implementation projects
Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to managers and employees
Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, performance, employee relations, etc.)
Advise stakeholders on HR best practices
Contribute to both operational and strategic HR initiatives
Support initiatives that promote engagement, retention, and organizational culture
Foster a collaborative work environment across regions
Participate in the design and rollout of training and development programs
Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws (provincial and federal)
Advise managers on regulatory issues and HR-related risks
Work with HR and legal teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources (generalist or HRBP role)
University degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Experience in multi-site or cross-border environments
Experience with HR transformation or HCM implementations (strong asset)
Familiarity with unionized environments (strong asset)
Solid knowledge of Canadian employment law
Excellent labor relations and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-changing, transformational environment
Excellent strategic and operational communication skills
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) required
