Act as strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across corporate departments supporting key hires onboarding, succession planning and driving employee engagement, among others
Be responsible for the maintenance of the group people policy framework
Ensure our group HR policies are maintained, updated and adapted as needed
Collaborate with leaders in corporate functions to understand business priorities and translate them to HR strategies
Influence and guide Leadership on organizational design, change management and workforce planning
Advise leaders on complex employee relations issues
Partner with CoEs to deliver seamless HR Services to support improved business performance (Reward, L&D, HR Services etc)
Audit HR policies and processes within defined businesses, shared services and other group HR functions, identifying gaps and areas of improvement
Responsible for coordination of SMCR roles
Drive Corporate processes within the assigned business (Performance Management, Engagement, pay review etc)
Undertake and lead specialist projects as and when required within the HR function
Support the Group HR Director to implement the HR strategy in line with business needs
Requirements
Experience as HRBP or Sr generalist in a Corporate environment
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong expertise in employee relations
Ability to understand the needs of local businesses within a defined area
Ability to write policies and procedures
Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice
