About this role
Role Overview
Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and successful deal closure.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, account mapping, networking, and industry engagement.
Travel within the region to meet clients and attend relevant industry events, building strong relationships across the ecosystem.
Develop relationships with new clients and manage and grow those accounts over time, ensuring long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities.
Act as the regional expert for the DACH market, developing deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, market structures, and industry dynamics.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in the energy sector, ideally in renewable energy, power markets, or energy services.
Fluent German speaker with full professional fluency in English and living in Germany.
Strong client-facing experience and relationship management skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of a market and work independently.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
