Act as the trusted analytics partner to commercial and franchise leadership, translating complex data into strategic actions and insights
Lead a team that transforms structured and unstructured data into meaningful, timely, and actionable insights that drive commercial success
Ensure analytics outputs are tailored to the maturity of each market, and reflect relevance and prioritisation of efforts
Drive Cross-Functional Data Integration
Connect data insights across sales, marketing, market access, finance, and operations to create a unified, 360-degree view of commercial performance
Collaborate and partner with IT and data engineering teams to influence the evolution of platforms used for insight delivery and data accessibility

Bachelor's degree in business, data science, statistics, economics, or related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Demonstrated experience in commercial analytics, preferably within med tech, healthcare, or life sciences
Extensive experience managing and coaching high-performing analytics teams
Proven leadership skills to mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing analytics team while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Strong command of regulatory frameworks, reimbursement systems, and healthcare delivery models
