Role Overview
Funnel the leads to a sales representative to further qualify and close the sale
Generate interest in a discovery meeting with an established RRD Sales Executive
Identify multiple contact points within a supplied list of targets and position the value proposition of our products and services
Conduct online research to better understand the prospect and contact points business objectives
Generate a high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting for Healthcare accounts
Collaborate with the sales team to develop a list of target prospects
Develop and run a pipeline of prospects and provide top-class customer experience
Effectively & smoothly transition a lead to an account executive following the first discovery meeting
Actively utilize Salesforce for all activities related to Lead Generation
Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales and telemarketing with an emphasis on cold calling
Ideal candidate would have Business Development experience in Digital Marketing
Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner
Must be goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and an independent worker
Experience with cold calling techniques and the use of Salesforce CRM technology
Candidates must be comfortable using multiple techniques and channels for reaching their contact points including but not limited to email, phone, social media, mail, etc.
Ability to position different RRDs services to the different contact points within the same prospect account
Strong time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
