Configure and support Purchase Order (PO) processes within SAP MM, covering the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
Design and implement PO workflow solutions in SAP S/4HANA, including approval rules, thresholds, and multi-level approval chains using Flexible Workflow and/or Release Strategy.
Configure and manage Intercompany and Intracompany Stock Transport Order (STO) processes, including integration with delivery processes.
Support and configure Sales Orders, Outbound Deliveries, and Billing processes within SAP SD, ensuring alignment with procurement flows.
Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD/MM and workflow solutions.
Drive backlog refinement and prioritization in Jira, ensuring dependencies across SD and MM are clearly defined.
Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Requirements
8+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in both SAP MM and SAP SD.
Proven experience in Purchase Order (PO) configuration and workflow functionality, including Flexible Workflow and/or Release Strategies.
Solid experience with Stock Transport Orders (STO), including Intercompany and Intracompany processes.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Experience with integration points between SAP MM, SD, and Finance (FI).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and tools such as Jira and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
Experience working in large-scale transformation programs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in global, cross-functional environments.
