Lead requirements-gathering workshops and write detailed functional specifications
Configure and deploy target modules while ensuring the overall coherence of the ERP solution
Support change management through user training and post-deployment support

5+ years of experience in business analysis within the Odoo ecosystem
Deep knowledge of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain or HR)
Significant experience in a consulting firm or with an Open Source solutions integrator
Ability to challenge business requirements to propose standardized, sustainable solutions
English language skills are a plus
