About this role
Role Overview
Lead requirement-gathering workshops to capture global and local business needs for Veeva Network.
Define and own all functional requirements for the platform’s implementation.
Collaborate with Veeva and integration teams on data models, hierarchies, affiliations, and workflows.
Design governance frameworks for data quality, ownership, and lifecycle management.
Ensure alignment of global CMDM strategy with animal health pharma business processes.
Provide commercial data insights to enhance solution design and data-driven decision-making.
Lead UAT planning and execution in partnership with business testers and IT.
Support roadmap planning, change impact analysis, and go-live readiness.
Requirements
7–10+ years as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in life sciences, preferably animal health pharma.
Proven experience implementing Veeva Network or similar CMDM platforms.
Strong expertise in customer data, master data, and commercial data management.
In-depth knowledge of data governance, integration, and compliance (GDPR, transparency).
Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Understanding of Animal Health Commercial Processes and different engagement models.
Familiarity with market-specific data sources.
Experience with Customer Data Management across CRM, SAP and Customer Engagement Platforms.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience in Agile environments and working with distributed/global teams.
